Shipping & Returns Policy (Summary)
- Estimated Shipping Time: Products are fulfilled directly from our fulfillment partners. Delivery times vary:
- USA (3-10 business days)
- Canada and UK (6-12 business days)
- International (5-25 business days)
- Shipping FAQ: Most products are courier shipped via DHL Express with tracking. If DHL is not feasible, we will select the next best shipping partner with guaranteed shipping. Free shipping for US, Canada and UK orders. Flat rate fee of $25 USD for other countries. Please provide accurate shipping address to avoid delivery issues.
- Returns: Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery for new and unused products. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee to Canada unless they have opted-in with re:do, which entitles them to free and easy returns on the entire order. Re:do Risk-free Return service is only available for orders in USD, but we're hoping coverage for other currencies will be available soon. If the return is requested after the 15 day window, then store credit can be issued up to 30 days post-delivery. Exchanges not available at this time.
- Cancellations: Order cancellations possible if within the processing time (until 10 am Mountain Time, Monday to Friday). Contact us immediately for assistance.
