Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

- We gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is in new and unused condition.
- If you purchased Risk-free Returns via re:do, then enjoy quick and easy returns! Start a return via our Return Portal. Re:do Risk-free Return option is only available for orders in USD, but we're hoping coverage for other currencies will be available soon.
- If you did not purchase re:do, then you will pay for any shipping fees in order to return the product. Please visit the Return Portal for discounted rates from shipping partners we have negotiated for you.
- At this time, we do not accept exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please be aware that our order processing time is until 10 am Mountain Time from Monday to Friday. Depending on when you placed your order, there may be a cancellation window available. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@modernkastle.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
